New Life Manor Independent Living

New Life Manor is an independent living facility for people 62 years or older.  Applicant's must meet HUD income guidelines.  The monthly rent is based upon income and includes all utilities with the exception of telephone, cable TV and an annual air conditioning surcharge.

Each apartment is carpeted and has a living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and storage area.  Electric stoves, refrigerator, drapery rods and air conditioners are furnished.  A community dining and recreation room with kitchen are available for visiting and entertaining.  The elevator, mail boxes and laundry facilities are conveniently located.

Tenants of New Life Manor are welcome to utilize many of the services and activities offered by St. Luke's Lutheran Care Center.  Optional services include purchasing meals, barber/beauty shop services and physical/occupational/speech therapy.
