Southview Estates is a distinctive independent senior living community featuring 24 attractive units.  Residents enjoy our beautifully decorated commons area featuring an inviting fireplace.

We offer a selection of four different apartment sizes.  These apartments are designed with all of the comforts of home in mind.  Southview Estates offers security, helpful services, independence, companionship with friends, and close proximity to quality health care.  Weekly light housekeeping and a noon meal are also included.

Tenants of Southview Estates are welcome to utilize many of the services and activities offered by St. Luke's Lutheran Care Center.  Optional services include purchasing the evening meal, barber/beauty shop services and physical, occupational and speech therapy.

We have blended our knowledge of health care services with our experience in senior housing to create a unique community where you'll have less responsibility while retaining the privacy of your own spacious home.
